Shipping
Zahira Fine Jewellery is delighted to offer complimentary international shipping on all pieces. Once your order is confirmed, your jewellery will be dispatched within 1–3 working days.
All shipments are handled by our most trusted specialist couriers, selected according to the value of the piece and its destination. Your shipment will be discreetly delivered and fully insured. Customers are responsible for any import duties in the destination country.
Once dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number. For any further information regarding international shipping, please contact our client care team.
Returns & refunds
If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Pieces may be returned within 15 days of purchase, provided that:
- the piece was purchased within the last 15 days;
- it is in its original packaging; and
- it is unused and undamaged.
Pieces that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return. Please contact us before returning any piece.
Returns should be sent, in their original packaging, to:

Shipping charges
Shipping costs associated with returns are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs and for any risk of loss or damage in transit, both to and from Zahira Fine Jewellery.
Damaged items
If you receive a damaged piece, please notify us immediately and we will assist you.
